  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon or violate the rights of others
  • Create, upload, or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
  • Gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use automated tools to access our service without authorization

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to MeraCatalog, including product information, company details, and images. By submitting content, you grant us the following rights:

  • License to Use: A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of generating catalogs
  • Storage: We store your content securely during the retention period of your plan
  • Deletion: Your content is permanently deleted after the retention period unless you download your PDFs

5.2 Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights to your content
  • Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
  • Your content is accurate and not misleading
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right (but not obligation) to monitor, review, and remove any content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 MeraCatalog Intellectual Property

MeraCatalog and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Platform design and functionality
  • Software and underlying technology
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand assets
  • Content we create (excluding your content)

6.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in your content. Nothing in these Terms grants us any rights to your intellectual property except as expressly stated.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Process

Payments for our services are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Express plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges
  • Pro plans (coming soon) are annual subscriptions with auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice to existing subscribers

7.2 Refund Policy

No Refunds After PDF Download: Once you successfully download your generated PDF catalog, no refund is available as the product has been delivered to you in digital format.

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

8.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may experience temporary outages for maintenance or other reasons beyond our control.

8.2 No Warranties

MeraCatalog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF CONTENT

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeraCatalog shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Loss or corruption of data or content
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for our service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeraCatalog, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Deleting your account through the platform
  • Contacting our support team
  • Stopping use of our service

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
