We offer a free registration so you can explore the platform. To generate catalogs, you'll need to purchase a plan starting at just ₹199.

What's included in Express plans?
Express plans include:
  • Up to 50 or 100 products
  • 1 catalog creation
  • Up to 50 or 100 PDF exports
  • All catalog themes
  • Data storage for 7 days
  • Bulk CSV upload
What's the difference between Express and Pro plans?
Express plans are one-time payments perfect for creating a single catalog. Your data is stored for 7 days, and you get a limited number of PDF exports.

Pro plans (coming soon) are annual subscriptions that give you multiple catalogs, unlimited PDF exports, 1-year data storage, and online catalog links.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is required to register. You only need to provide payment details when purchasing a plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Contact our support team for assistance with plan changes.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues with your catalog, please contact our support team and we'll work to resolve it.
Can I get a custom plan?

Catalog Creation FAQ's

How do I create a catalog?
Creating a catalog is simple:
  1. Go to Catalogs page
  2. Click "Create New Catalog"
  3. Enter a catalog name (required)
  4. Add optional description
  5. Choose a theme (Classic Blue, Classic Red, or Classic Green)
  6. Select the products you want to include
  7. Click "Create Catalog"
  8. Preview and generate your PDF
How many catalogs can I create?
The number of catalogs depends on your plan:
  • Express plans: 1 catalog
  • Pro plans (coming soon): 5 or 10 catalogs
Can I edit my catalog after creating it?
Yes! You can edit your catalog anytime to add or remove products, change the theme, or update the description.
What themes are available?
Currently, we offer three professionally designed themes:
  • Classic Blue: Professional navy blue with elegant typography
  • Classic Red: Bold and eye-catching deep red
  • Classic Green: Fresh and nature-inspired rich green
More themes are coming soon!
Can I customize the catalog design?
You can customize:
  • Your company logo and details
  • Catalog name and description
  • Which products to include
  • The theme (color scheme and layout)
Advanced customization options are coming in future updates.
How long does it take to create a catalog?
Most users create their first catalog in 10-15 minutes. Once your products are added, generating a new catalog takes just a few clicks!
Can I delete a catalog?
Yes, you can delete any catalog from your Catalogs page. Note that deleting a catalog will also remove all associated data.

Product Management FAQ's

How to add, edit, and manage your products.

How do I add products?
You can add products in two ways:
  1. One by One: Use the "Add Product" form to enter product details manually
  2. Bulk Upload: Download our CSV template, fill in your product data, and upload it
What product information can I add?
For each product, you can add:
  • Product name
  • Description
  • Price (in INR)
  • SKU code
  • Product images
Can I upload product images?
Yes! You can upload multiple images for each product. Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP.
How do I bulk upload products?
Bulk upload is easy:
  1. Download our CSV template
  2. Fill in your product data (name, description, price, SKU)
  3. Upload the completed CSV file
  4. Optionally, upload product images named to match your CSV rows (product-1.jpg, product-2.jpg, etc.)
  5. Review and import
What's the CSV template format?
The CSV template includes these columns:
  • Product Name (required)
  • Description (optional)
  • Price (optional)
  • SKU (optional)
Can I edit products after adding them?
Yes! You can edit any product's details at any time from the Products page.
Can I delete products?
Yes, you can delete products you no longer need. Deleted products are removed from all catalogs.
Is there a limit on the number of products?
The limit depends on your plan:
  • Express 50: Up to 50 products
  • Express 100: Up to 100 products
  • Pro plans (coming soon): Up to 50 or 100 products
Can I hide products without deleting them?
Yes! You can mark products as inactive. Inactive products won't appear in new catalogs but are kept in your database.

PDF & Exporting FAQ's

What format are the catalogs exported in?
Catalogs are exported as high-quality PDF files, perfect for both digital sharing and printing.
What's the quality of the PDF?
Our PDFs are generated at high resolution (300 DPI), making them print-ready for professional printing.
How do I download my catalog PDF?
After creating a catalog, click "Generate PDF" to create your PDF file. Once generated, you can download it directly to your device.
Can I share my catalog digitally?
Yes! Your PDF catalog is perfect for sharing via:
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Social media
  • Cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Can I print my catalog?
Absolutely! Our PDFs are print-ready. You can print them at home or take them to any professional print shop.
How many times can I export my catalog?
The number of PDF exports depends on your plan:
  • Express 50: Up to 50 exports
  • Express 100: Up to 100 exports
  • Pro plans (coming soon): Unlimited exports
What happens to my PDF after the data retention period?
After your plan's data retention period (7 days for Express plans, 1 year for Pro plans), your product and catalog data is deleted. However, any PDFs you've downloaded remain on your device.

Account & Security FAQ's

How do I create an account?
Click "Register" on the homepage, enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use enterprise-grade security:
  • Multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation
  • Row-level security at the database level
  • Encrypted password storage
  • Secure HTTPS connections
Can other users see my data?
No. Each tenant (business) has completely isolated data. No cross-tenant data access is possible.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
If you delete your account, all your data including products, catalogs, and images will be permanently deleted. Please download any important PDFs before deleting your account.
Can I have multiple users for one account?
Currently, each account is for a single user. Multi-user support is coming in future updates.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

My PDF isn't generating. What's wrong?
This could be due to:
  • No products selected in your catalog
  • Server maintenance (rare)
  • Browser issues
Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If the problem persists, contact support.
My images aren't uploading. What should I do?
Check that:
  • Your images are in a supported format (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP)
  • Each image is under 10MB
  • You have a stable internet connection
If issues persist, try using a different browser or contact support.
Can I use MeraCatalog offline?
MeraCatalog requires an internet connection to access. However, once you download your PDF, you can view and share it offline.
